Welcome to our 2,100 square foot creative studio, a stunning space available for rent by the hour or day. Bathed in natural light, the studio features ten grand floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with an abundance of sunlight. To control the lighting, motorized light-diffusing shades are available, creating a softbox-like effect to set the perfect mood.
Our studio is equipped with a makeup station, complete with high seating and vanity lighting, catering to the needs of makeup artists and stylists. Additionally, we provide six 'no-gap' 8' x 12' rolling wall backdrops, allowing for seamless scene transitions, as well as a 10ft chroma-key green screen wall for special effects.
For your convenience, we offer two heavy-duty C-stands and a telescopic crossbar, ensuring stability and flexibility for your equipment. The studio is furnished with a variety of styles, including glam, mid-century modern, and contemporary furniture, providing a range of options to suit your aesthetic preferences. A queen-size bed with themed bedding adds a unique touch to your shoots.
To enhance your compositions, we offer a full assortment of props, including throws, rugs, pillows, and plants, while a clothing rack and full-length mirror provide convenience for styling and wardrobe changes. The studio is equipped with free WiFi and Bluetooth speakers for seamless connectivity.
Situated on the second floor, the studio offers unobstructed views, and a private restroom is available for your comfort. With easy elevator access and ample retail-style parking near the front door, the studio is conveniently located just minutes away from DNTollway and PGBT.
